"Low 'n slow"? Well, that's only half right! This casting has been brought back by Hot Wheels collectors not once, but twice in the last three years. It appeared in the HW Flames collector-selected mini collection in 2017, and when it didn't appear in the Mainline in 2018, whaddaya know, collectors brought it back themselves for 2019.
